For the benefit of all homeowners, Reflections has very specific regulations in regarding to vehicle parking. In Original Reflections there are two spaces assigned to each unit. There are additional parking areas that visitors, vendors and service providers may use to avoid traffic flow issues that might be an inconvenience to others. Homeowners may also use these areas on a temporary basis. If the need for long term parking arises, arrangements may be made through the manager for use of the upper parking lot near the clubhouse. In the Southbury and Twin Oaks areas, each home has driveway space for one to two vehicles depending on garage size. There are also additional parking areas for visitors, vendors and service providers as needed. On-street parking is discouraged except for very short term and emergency vehicles.

For security purposes, Reflections owners are strongly encourage to register all vehicles at the manager's office and obtain a Reflections parking sticker for each vehicle. This not only provides a level of security but identifies your vehicle as belonging to a Reflections homeowner and may avoid unnecessary towing.
